Vote for perfect love

We live in dark times. But we must not give up hope. Doing the right thing is its own reward. It’s also a biological imperative if we hope to survive as a species.

Have you seen Pluribus on Apple? Something from outer space turns almost everyone into one common mind. This mind can’t stand harming any living being (It’s vegetarian).

Not harming is a biological imperative, It explains. Whenever our still individual-minded hero gets mad about anything, everyone else starts shriveling up and dying by the millions, triggering massive guilt in our hero.

She says we’ve all seen this movie before (i.e., Invasion of the Body Snatchers, etc.), but have we? I can’t wait to find out in forthcoming episodes.

However, not harming any other living being sounds a lot like the Golden Rule to me, which is really just perfect love.
